A year of meetings in one go
Paste a list of meeting links, such as the body’s YouTube videos, or drag in a folder of recordings. Everything is transcribed with the same settings, and links or files you have already added are flagged.
For clerks, local reporters and civic groups with a backlog of council, board and committee recordings. Paste the meeting links or drop the files: each comes back as a transcript with the names you give, and draft minutes with agenda items, motions and votes as announced.

Speaker 1 called the regular meeting of the Maple Hollow Town Council to order at "seven oh two p.m." Speaker 2 called the roll and announced: "all five members are present. We have a quorum."
Taken in the order announced. No number was announced for the call to order.
Speaker 1: "our next regular meeting is Tuesday, March seventeenth, at seven p.m., also here in chambers."
Also announced by Speaker 1: "The budget work session is Thursday, March twelfth, at six p.m., here in council chambers."

Voices are separated as Speaker 1, Speaker 2… Name them or pick a role (Chair, Councillor, Clerk, Public commenter): the names you gave in the archive’s other meetings are offered in the list, so the regulars take a click each. Nobody is recognised automatically.
Attendance, agenda items in order, each motion with its mover and seconder when stated and the result exactly as announced, decisions, and the next meeting as said.
Each member of the public who spoke and what they raised, in a neutral sentence or two, plus who agreed to do what. Ready for the clerk to edit.
Who spoke, how many times, for how long and from when to when, in every meeting.
Motions and votes, decisions, agenda items and speaking time for every meeting, in the order of the dates in the file names, with a CSV of speaking time.
Video and audio files from your computer (MP4, M4A, MP3, WAV, MOV and other common formats) and links to meeting videos, such as YouTube. Add many at once. The app does not watch a channel for new meetings: you add each meeting yourself.
Long recordings are fine, including meetings of several hours. Each recording is transcribed as a whole.
Voices are separated as Speaker 1, Speaker 2 and so on. You name each speaker, or pick a role, in each meeting; the names you already gave in the archive’s other meetings are offered in the list, so you pick rather than type. The transcript, the speaker table and exports use the names at once, and draft minutes already made keep the labels they were made with until you make them again. The app does not recognise voices from one meeting to the next.
No. They are draft minutes generated from the recording for the clerk to edit, and they are not the official minutes until the body approves them. Motions and votes are written as announced, never inferred; check each one against the recording.
From the file name, or the video title for a link: bodies usually put the meeting date there. Outputs label it “date in the file name”; when there is none, the meeting has no date.
They stay in your txscribe account and only you see them. txscribe does not use recordings or transcripts to train models, and you can delete any meeting or archive at any time.
It uses your txscribe minutes and plan; there is nothing extra to buy. You start with free minutes.
